Book your accommodation for MICCAI 2012
Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the Congress Venue. But there will be no shuttle services provided by the congress between the congress hotels and the Acropolis.
To make a reservation, please click here . A DEPOSIT of the FULL STAY will be requested for all hotel reservations. It will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.
A fixed charge of 20 euros per reservation will be required for all hotel reservations.
Room rates:
All rates are indicated in euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress.
All taxes and breakfast are included in the price.
Do not forget:
- If you decide to postpone your stay at the last minute, the rooms will be kept by the hotels according to the amount of the deposit received.
- The hotel reservation deadline is August 1, 2012.Hotel reservation received after this date may not be guaranteed and will be made according to availability only.
- If you are delayed, think of informing the hotel.
- Reservation received without the requested deposit will NOT be processed
Cancellation conditions for hotel reservations:
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress. Requests for refunds made after November 1, 2012 will not be considered.
- Up to June 15, 2012: 50 Euros will be withheld for administrative fee,
- Cancellations between June 16 and July 30, 2012: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid,
- After July 30, 2012: no refund.
Refund will be made AFTER the congress.
